In our kitchen, we celebrate the traditional way of working with chocolate. All our truffles, dipped confections, and chocolate bars are meticulously hand made using craft tools to help us achieve professionalism and perfection in the end product. But a little bit of intricacy is beautiful to see sometimes.

Truffles

A truffle is a confectionery traditionally made with a ganache center (the emulsification of chocolate and cream). Each recipe is delicately created by infusing the cream with a variety of carefully chosen ingredients (no artificial flavourings or additives).
